It is extremely vital for businesses to behave ethically

In the Australian Banking scandal, almost all these five aspects were responsible for the unethical business behavior. The workers and regulators within the industry wasted their employees’ time, lying to them, while still using their resources. And violating the company internet policies. Also, they were lying misusing the company time. And lying to their employees that the bank was doing fine while it was surging. And they were just there wasting the banks time doing nothing about it (Peter, 2019).

And thus promote ethics and moral responsibility and reduce any cases of internal or external organizational conflicts.

These are the norms values, folkways and behaviors of or organizations staff members. From these, they can evaluate the moral and ethical values of their staff regarding right. And wrong and from there they can identify their level of business ethics. It is important because with this managerial practice, a company may know whether to offer ethical training to their employees to improve of their business ethics (Bagozzi et al., 2018, pp. 278- 279).

The management, the staff and the regulators knew about the money laundry going on in the company but none of them tried to fix it or even report.
