Change is an inevitable part of any process. Companies evolve with the passage of time in order to survive and ensure that they are indeed able to compete while maintaining their position. However, it has been seen in many situations that employees resist change, which causes tension between the employees and the management.
There are many steps that companies can take to help employees accept change, and be prepared for it. First and foremost is communication. In order for an employee to be prepared for what is to come, he or she needs to be communicated clearly, so that they can be mentally prepared for the change, and move towards acceptance.

In the upcoming years, it is expected that Singapore will be a likely target for terrorist attacks. In the past year, the country experienced many terrorist attacks and the threats received by the country have been one of the highest in recent years. It is said that the biggest terror threat to Singapore is ISIS. Even during the past year, there was solid information which suggested that foreign ISIS militants were actually considering to attack the country.
Over the years the country has experienced many threats, which has created unrest within the citizens. However, the government is trying to curtail the situation and ensure that necessary actions are taken to prevent further attacks and damages to the country and its economy. What happens in the future remains to be seen, however, it is expected that the country will suffer from more terrorist attempts.
